For samples, lead time is1-2 days. For mass production, the lead time is 7-15 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when we have received your deposit and your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please negotiate with our sale. we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. For small ozone machines, we use cattle cardboard boxes for packaging. For large machines, they are packaged in plywood box，no need fumigation.

The shipping cost depends on the shipping way you choose. Express is normally the fastest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts.
